Education and Social Care Foundation
Education and Social Care Foundation (ESCF) was founded in 2003 to undertake a holistic development of educationally and socially backward people in urban slums and villages. This initiative has been an outcome of deep thinking, sincere concerns and determination for contributing in the well-being of common people who happens to lag in the national development.

About Education and Social Care Foundation
Education and Social Care Foundation (ESCF) was founded in 2003 to undertake a holistic development of educationally and socially backward people in urban slums and villages. This initiative has been an outcome of deep thinking, sincere concerns and determination for contributing in the well-being of common people who happens to lag in the national development.
The founder of ESCF, Engineer Mohammad Ozair, began this mission after his retirement from his occupational responsibilities with a motive to serve people in whatever way possible. After assessing the obtained situation, he formed a team for support, undertook a need assessment of the chosen communities and started mobilizing resources for the envisaged activities. He also completed the process of the registration of the Foundation for its legality, acceptability and systematic work.
During the past few years, the Education and Social Care Foundation has entered into formative engagements in the core areas of its activities and made appreciable progress towards achieving the desired objectives.
Legal Status
Education and Social Care Foundation has been registered under public charitable act on …… with the Registrar of Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Besides, it has also been registered on the NGOs registration facility of NITI Aayog – a Government of India institution for transforming the country.
Activities
Education and Social Care Foundation envisages a holistic development for the identified communities and a multi-prong approach will be gradually executed in a phased manner for its continuous and concerted engagement with the identified communities. Priorities and focus of each sector of activities have been explicated hereunder.
